This website is run by Jackie Lantzen, Identity & Motherhood Coach, based in Spain. I'm responsible for any personal data you share with me here. For questions about this policy or your data, email contact@jackielantzen.com.

What I collect and why

  • Podcast and newsletter sign-ups: your name and email, used to send you the episodes, my newsletter and emails about my coaching programmes. The legal basis is your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • Connection call bookings: your name, email and anything you add to the booking form, used to arrange and hold our call. The legal basis is the steps you take before we might work together.
  • Coaching clients: your contact details, invoicing details and what you share in our sessions, which may include information about your health and wellbeing. The legal bases are our contract, your explicit consent for sensitive information, and my legal obligations for invoicing.
  • Website visits: this site uses cookies and analytics. Non-essential cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Who helps me handle your data

I use trusted providers for my website and email, booking calls, email and file storage, messaging, payments and video calls. Some of them are based outside the EU, including the United States. In those cases your data is protected by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. I never sell your data.

How long I keep it

  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
  • Booking and coaching data: only as long as needed for our work together, then securely deleted or destroyed.
  • Invoicing records: as long as Spanish tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, limit or receive a copy of your data, object to how I use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@jackielantzen.com and I'll reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
